Travis R. Burke graduated from William Carey University, Magna cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing before proceeding to Loyola College in New Orleans to earn his Juris Doctorate.

He taught for five years as an adjunct professor for William Carey University teaching Business Law to undergraduates and students in the master’s program.  Additionally, Travis served as Public Defender for the City of Biloxi for five years.  

Travis is a life-long resident of the MS Gulf Coast.  In the community-at-large, Travis has served as Lieutenant Governor and President of the Kiwanis International Club’s LaMsTenn District, attends Sacred Heart Church and is a Member of the Knights of Columbus, and has coached soccer for the D’Iberville Youth League.
